Stage One: Research + Tender
: The client meets with Ecozen to provide a brief on the desired outcomes regarding a specific design element, e.g. solar panel office windows.: Ecozen will then research the items and prepare a formal list of recommendations and suppliers.
: Ecozen will then prepare the tender documents and present to prospective contractors for tender.
: Ecozen will then screen the presentations of the prospective contractors, and collect their tendered information.
: Ecozen will handle all negotiation of contracts and then provide formal recommendations to the client of selected contractors.
: The client will make their final decision on the selected contractor, which will allow Ecozen to arrange for contract and agreed scope of works to be signed off by the client.
: At this stage, the selected contractor/s scope of works package will be presented to the construction manager with all contact details and on-site availability listed for future co-ordination.
: Feedback and project update reports will be provided at the weekly meetings to advise and outline our future recommendations.
Stage Two: Ongoing Design Consultancy
: Before/After the selected contractor has started works, all design elements such as colours, finishes, or materials will be co-ordinated with architects and/or designers to insure a consistent flow of design throughout the site.: Ecozen will co-ordinate and host these meetings, after which a reduced number of options and recommendations will be presented to the client for final selections.
: These weekly design meetings will allow the client to streamline their decision making process, while Ecozen co-ordinates the overall style of the site through site meetings with the individual contractors.
: Feedback and project update reports will be provided at the weekly meetings to advise and outline our future recommendations.
